Information We Collect
We collect your name, mobile number, email address, city, age and attendee details that you provide during registration, along with payment reference identifiers returned by Razorpay.
How We Use It
Your information is used to create your registration, issue your QR ticket and receipt, send event updates over email and WhatsApp, and manage entry at the venue.
Payments
Card, UPI and netbanking details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay on their secure infrastructure. We never see or store these details.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service providers required to run the event, such as the payment gateway and messaging providers, and where required by law.
Data Security & Retention
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure and retained only as long as needed for event operations, accounting and legal requirements.
